 ScriptnDreams is a 501(c)3 organization Founded in 2023, our mission is to provide education and resources to support youth development and drug prevention in our community. 

ScriptnDreams was founded by Gary Lover, after years of community advocacy, and mentoring in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lover realized that he could only do so much alone. Gary is an accomplished media professional working for Abc7 News / NewsChannel 8 (Washington, D.C), Black Entertainment Television (New York), and C-SPAN on Capital Hill among others. He received his B.A. in Mass Communication and Political Science from Delaware State University in 2006 and is completing Film Studies at  UCLA-Extension. 

Like a lot of the youth today, Mr Lover had a period in his life where it was hard to Dream! Without the much-needed assistance of teachers, community leaders, and mentorship his life could have taken another direction. 

We believe that by addressing the root cause of the problem we could minimize the overall impact on our children and the community.

With mentorship and education on the serious harms of drugs, numerous lives could be saved and help decrease large amounts of Violence. 

Our kids are not lost, they are just faced with false realities preventing them from dreaming! And, the harsh reality is that a lot of families are not equipped with the necessary tools to remove these barriers on their own and will need our help!

Our team is made up of licensed therapists, social workers, and counselors to help support youth development.
